The Addis Ababa Chamber of Commerce and Sectoral Associations Arbitration Institute
(AACCSA AI), organised a forum under the title “Institutionalizing
collaborations among disputes resolutions bodies with the Court of Commerce.”
The forum is organized at Grand Palace Hotel and different papers were presented and discussions conducted on the following issues:
- Key challenges of Institutions legally mandated to and mechanisms for the
resolution of commercial disputes. - The role of court of commerce in supporting and streamlining the
resolution of commercial disputes. - Best practices of close collaboration and working between court of
commerce and other competent bodies with judicial power.
The forum was attended by judges as well as concerned legal professionals.
The forum contributes for the institutionalization of collaborations among
disputes resolutions bodies with the court of commerce.
